On May 15, June 12, July 17, and November 20, a deeper look into the etz test kitchen will take place before the menu. Details

We offer a fixed menu in the evening.

This begins at the same time for all guests. We present over 11 dishes, depending on the week and season.

In the evening, you have the choice: you can choose either our wine pairing, our exclusive wine selection, or a non-alcoholic accompaniment directly from our test kitchen. Water and coffee are included in the menu price.

Our reservations are prepaid and available until November 2025. The etz is open Thursday through Saturday.

You can postpone or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, we will charge a fee of €50.00 per person.

An evening in the etz test kitchen. Once a month, we open our test kitchen and aroma library—the creative center of etz—for an even deeper insight. Regular reservations are not possible on these days.

On selected Thursdays, we offer a limited number of places at a shared table for trainees and students.

These seats are available at a reduced price of €140. To make a reservation, please send an email to reservierung@etzrestaurant.de with your name and phone number. We will then contact you.

The entrance to the restaurant and test kitchen is via the rear courtyard of the former Bavarian metal goods factory (archway at Kirschgartenstrasse 6, Nuremberg). Parking is available in the parking lot of the Freibad West swimming pool, and the restaurant is within walking distance of the Bärenschanze subway station.

A large table in the guest room or a unique private dining in the test kitchen, we offer different experiences that allow a deeper look behind the scenes of the etz.
