Anreise
The evening begins with the journey.
From Munich in just over an hour, from all over the world via three airports — and reliably back at night. Everything you need for the way to etz. And a few reasons to stay longer.
Wiesentalstraße 40 · St. Johannis · Thursday – Saturday from 6:30 pm
Four ways to St. Johannis.
The entrance is in the courtyard.
The address is Wiesentalstraße — but you enter via Kirschgartenstraße. Follow the light into the courtyard.

There by ICE. Back on the last one.
Nuremberg is closer than Munich thinks: the ICE takes just over an hour, running every half hour during the day. And because our menu ends around 11 pm, the last train back is comfortably within reach — you sleep in your own bed.
Check your connection for the day on bahn.de. For the Metamorphose (starting 5:30 pm), simply travel an hour earlier.
How you catch the last train back to Munich.
Three airports, one table.
Nuremberg is more than etz.
A visit to us needn't be the only reason to come to Nuremberg. The city is full of history, and its restless energy makes for a lively food scene. Our favourite addresses, honestly curated.
